Believe it or not, Christmas is fast approaching and that means that the The Center for Children and Families are making preparations for their annual Christmas Project. Each year they strive to accommodate each child served through the CASAprogram, and many other needy children through our other programs, with one new clothing outfit as well as at least one toy they desire. That's nearly 600 children in need!
This project is only made possible by the collaboration of many people in throughout the community, and you have the opportunity to play a special part in this collaboration. This year Monroe-West Monroe BPW is participating in The Christmas Project.
How You Can Participate:
- Send us an email stating the item(s) that you would like to purchase. Click here for a copy of the wishlist.
- Make a donation and we will shop for the needs of one of the children.
Additional Instructions:
- Please make all purchases and donations by Friday, November 22nd.
- If you are purchasing an item, please email the Executive Committee to coordinate the drop-off of your items no later than Friday, November 29th.
- Please do not wrap your gifts.
- All donations are tax deductible. Forms will be provided by The Center for Children and Families, Inc. when we drop off the gifts.
If more people request to participate than there are items on the list, BPW will sponsor more children to support this great cause.
